All items are non-refundable, except for any faulty or damaged merchandise. If you have received goods that have been damaged en route to you, please call our customer support number within 48 working days of receiving the item.Customer support number:

Postage and Delivery
At House of Heroes, we believe in making our postage costs as fair as possible, providing the best possible service for our UK and International customers.Packaging
All items come well packaged to ensure that your item reaches you in excellent condition. All of our comics are individually bagged and boarded for the protection of your investment.
Postage (UK)
All items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For delivery to ensure that your purchases reach you both quickly and safely. We offer both first and second class postage and aim to dispatch your orders by the next working day after placing your order.
Since we send our products via recorded delivery, your purchase will be automatically covered for up to £34 compensation, in the unlikely event of loss or damage. Also please note that a signature is required upon delivery of your item.
All of our prices are either equal to or less than those stated on the Royal Mail website (http://www.postoffice.co.uk/portal/po/content1?catId=19100221&mediaId=51200698) and we do not charge any additional fees for packaging.
Postage (International)
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail: International Signed For delivery to ensure that your purchases reach you both quickly and safely.

Heavy Orders
In the unlikely event that the website does not provide you with a postage option for your order, please call our customer sales number or email us to request a quote for your delivery. We will then find the cheapest delivery quote we can find while still ensuring the protection of your package.
Collection
If ordering for collection from our store, your order will be ready for collection the next working day after placing your order. Should you require your order the same day please call our customer sales number to confirm that your order is available to collect.
All items are to be collected from our Loughborough store, please click here for directions. Also please note that customers are responsible for all costs associated with reaching the store and we will not reimburse any travel costs for orders that are not ready for collection. Neither do we accept any responsibility for damage to items once they have left the store.

Payment
All payments are taken using Google Checkout, Google's secure payment system which accepts payments made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo debit/credit cards. Google Payment Ltd. is authorised and fully regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution.None of your credit card details are stored on our servers and all order information from our site is sent to Google Payments via the industry standard 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Security is an issue taken very seriously at House of Heroes Comics and we take all the necessary precautions to ensure your personal information is kept safe and secure, so order with confidence!

Hero Points
The Hero Points system is used as a method of rewarding our customers for their loyalty to our store. For further details please visit http://www.hohcomics.com/membership/.Hero Points cannot be redeemed for cash and hold no monetary value besides for use as discounts on our site. House of Heroes Comics hold the right to withdraw the scheme at any time and accept no responsibility for points lost as a result of technical problems or through unauthorised purchases made using your account. Customers should ensure that their passwords are kept safe and that their details are kept up-to-date. In the event that the Hero Points scheme is terminated, no refunds will be given for unspent points.

Some products on the site are available to order. If you order an item that is not currently in stock, you will not be charged until the item arrives at our store and is ready to dispatch. Our site uses a real-time stock management system, so the stock levels should accurately reflect the products we have available. In the unlikely event that you order a product that is out of stock, you will be notified by phone and your card will not be charged. We will either attempt to order the product for you as soon as possible or you can choose to cancel your order.Accuracy of Information
A lot of time is spent ensuring that the descriptions and images for our products are kept up-to-date. Although we aim to ensure our descriptions are 100 percent accurate, mistakes and variations in designs can sometimes occur. If you have purchased an item on the website which does not match its description we will be happy to replace or refund the product so long that it is unopened and in its original packaging subject to our refunds policy outlined above.
