How do you tell which set is legal in which age?
Check the card number - the first three digits tell you which set it is from.
Here is a break down of what age each set is.
MOR - Golden Only (Marvel Origins)
DOR - Golden Only (DC Origins)
MSM - Golden Only (Web of Spiderman)
DSM - Golden Only (Man of Steel)
MMK - Golden Only (Marvel Knights)
DGL - Golden Only (Green Latern Corps)
MAV - Golden Only (Avengers)
MFF - Golden Only (Fantastic Four - starter deck)
DJL - Golden Only (Justice League)
DBM - Golden Only (Batman - starter deck)
MXM - Golden Only (X-Men)
MXS - Golden Only (X-Men - starter deck)
DCR - Golden Only (Infinite Crisis)
MHG - Silver (Heralds of Galactus)
EHB - Silver (Hellboy - Essential collection)
DLS - Silver (Legion of Super Heroes)
MTU - Silver (Mavel Team-up)
DWF - Silver (World's Finest)
MVL - Silver & Modern (Mavel Legends)
MAA - Silver & Modern (Age of Apocalypse - prize/Points store exclusives)
MCG - Silver & Modern (Coming of Galactus - Giant sizes 'Raid' deck)
MEX - Silver & Modern (Marvel exclusives - prize/Points store exclusives)
